Dr. Rawan Hassan

Dr. Rawan Hassan is a multilingual psychologist, organisational culture expert, coach, wellness consultant and speaker. Her work is devoted to understanding and creating the conditions for individuals and communities to recover from adversity and reach their full potential in life.
She has spent the last decade decoding what it means to be resilient and is a published author for research in notable Neuroscience and Behavioural Psychology journals. Rawan has a wealth of experience from the public sector, having worked in reputable mental health charities and the National Health Service in the UK. With years of experience researching and designing psychosocial interventions for vulnerable children, adults and the United Nations, Rawan brings an evidence-based and rights-focused approach to her work.
At present, Rawan leads in transforming organisational culture, enhancing employee experience, diversity equity and inclusion, and cultivating mindfulness practices in the workplace. She has successfully delivered projects for clients in Government, Healthcare, Telecom and Retail sectors within the Middle East and Africa. She currently lives in the UK and manages assignments globally.
