Where the science of HR meets the art of Whole Brain Thinking
Human Resources is no longer just a support function — it's a strategic powerhouse that drives transformation, culture and performance. TTM equips organisations to assess where they are today, envision where they need to go, and adopt the tools and mindset to lead the future of work.
A structured, science-backed evaluation of your organisation's HR practices — from basic compliance to strategic partnership — measuring capabilities, processes, and systems against global benchmarks.
“Human Resources is no longer just a support function — it's a strategic powerhouse that drives transformation, culture, and performance.”
Measures HR practices, processes, and systems against established benchmarks and global best practices — giving you an objective, defensible baseline.
Identifies your current HR function level — from basic compliance (Level 1) to strategic optimisation (Level 5) — highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
Assesses talent acquisition, performance management, engagement and L&D — producing actionable insights to enhance HR capabilities across all functions.
Aligns HR strategies with overall business goals — driving organisational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and turning HR into a measurable business driver.
Overlooks employee emotions, culture and interpersonal dynamics — leading to an incomplete picture of organisational health.
Heavy reliance on analytics inhibits creative problem-solving — data is prioritised over human insight and intuition.
Complex human behaviours can't be captured by quantitative data — leading to misguided strategies and resistance to change.
Too much focus on metrics makes HR feel impersonal — employees become numbers, not valued individuals.
Assesses all four thinking dimensions — Managerial, Operational, Influential and Transformative — for a complete picture of HR health.
Measures what others miss — cultural alignment, employee emotions, interpersonal dynamics, change readiness and innovation capability.
Assessed against UK, USA, Singapore and MENA benchmarks — so your comparison is always contextually relevant and actionable.
A purpose-built TTM platform automates and streamlines assessment — sending tailored links to department heads for consistent, structured input collection.
“Balancing left-brain and right-brain approaches — emphasising creativity, empathy and intuition — leads to a more holistic and effective HR strategy.”
By recognising and applying the strengths of each quadrant of the HR brain, organisations can improve productivity, increase effectiveness, nurture talent and drive innovation.
The TTM Whole Brain® model maps HR capabilities across four key quadrants — Managerial (A), Operational (B), Influential (C) and Transformative (D). Each quadrant is measured through defined Cores and Functions. Click each quadrant below to explore the full framework.
Focuses on the logical, analytical and structural aspects of HR — ensuring governance, organisational architecture, workforce planning, and total rewards are robust, compliant, and strategically aligned.
Focuses on the procedural, operational and process-driven aspects of HR — ensuring workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee services are efficiently and consistently delivered.
Focuses on the emotional, relational and people-centric aspects of HR — ensuring employee experience, wellbeing, communication, and culture are cultivated, measured and continuously improved.
Focuses on the visionary, transformative and future-oriented aspects of HR — ensuring learning and development, career and succession planning, HR strategy, and capability development drive long-term organisational excellence.
Based on the globally-used People Capability Maturity Model — from unmanaged practices to continuous optimisation. Click any level to explore its symptoms and culture impact.
No formal HR processes in place. HR activities are entirely reactive and ad hoc — dependent on individual heroic effort rather than systemic practice.
High turnover, poor job satisfaction and morale, difficulty attracting and retaining talent, unclear roles and responsibilities. Culture characterised by individual heroic efforts rather than collaborative systems.
TTM's Whole Brain® Assessment follows a technology-enabled, consultant-led methodology — spanning from initial diagnosis to comprehensive reporting and strategic action planning.
Understanding the current state of HR processes, systems and capabilities through data collection, stakeholder interviews and documentation review.
2–3 WeeksEvaluating findings to identify maturity gaps, strengths and opportunities. Benchmarking against regional and international standards.
1–2 WeeksPresenting a comprehensive report outlining assessment results, maturity levels, strategic recommendations and prioritised next steps.
1 WeekTTM's purpose-built platform automates and streamlines the entire assessment. Tailored links are sent to relevant department heads, prompting structured responses and document uploads — ensuring consistent, transparent data collection.
Questions are structured around the Whole Brain® Thinking model and tailored by function — capturing role-specific perspectives across 4 quadrants, multiple cores and 18+ functions with scored key questions (1–5 scale).
A comprehensive Whole Brain® HR Maturity Assessment Report with radar charts, gap analyses and prioritised roadmaps — benchmarked against 3-year and 5-year desired outcomes, designed for CHRO and board-level presentations.
Each HR initiative within the assessment is evaluated across four critical dimensions — providing a nuanced, multi-layered view of true HR capability rather than a surface-level score.
The extent to which the domain exists, is documented, and the appropriateness of domain design and its alignment with leading global practices.
The extent to which the domain design is applied and integrated into actual business processes — measuring execution quality, not just design intention.
The extent to which the domain is enabled, supported and scaled by appropriate technology — measuring digital maturity and system integration within HR.
How effective is the domain and how well does it deliver expected results — the ultimate measure of HR contribution to tangible business outcomes.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has mandated annual HR Maturity Assessments in the governmental sector as part of a broader initiative to enhance public sector efficiency — guided by the National Human Resources Development Strategy and directly aligned with KSA's Vision 2030.
“This requirement aims to assess the maturity of HR practices across government entities — identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous development in line with Vision 2030 objectives.”
Your TTM Whole Brain® HR Maturity Assessment Report is designed to be executive-ready — with visual radar charts, gap analyses and prioritised transformation roadmaps.
Every assessment delivers a comprehensive, board-ready report package — tailored to your organisation's sector, size and maturity profile.
Improved alignment between HR activities and strategic business goals — HR becomes a measurable value driver.
More effective hiring processes and stronger retention strategies built on data-driven people insights.
Enhanced compliance frameworks across HR operations — reducing regulatory risk and ensuring consistent standards.
Stronger analytics capability across the HR function — enabling confident, evidence-based decisions.
An embedded culture of HR excellence that adapts continuously to business strategy and market conditions.
